Loan Connection Service Disclaimer & Regulatory Disclosure

P2H Consumer Services Pte Ltd (“PCS”), affiliated with Wandr Pte Ltd (“Wandr”) and operating under the Pay2Home brand, provides a loan connection service. Wandr is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Major Payment Institution for remittance services.

PCS and Wandr are not lenders. We do not offer, assess, or approve loans.Loan applications are independently evaluated and approved by licensed lenders in the customer’s home country under their local laws, and the Singapore’s Moneylenders Act and related lending regulations do not apply.

PCS may receive a service fee from licensed lenders for providing this referral service to cover its costs. No fees are charged to customers for this connection service.

Customer data is collected and handled by PCS and Wandr in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act. Data will only be shared with licensed lenders with the customer’s consent and solely for the purpose of loan evaluation. PCS does not use personal data for any other purpose without consent.

PCS only partners with lenders that are properly licensed and compliant with applicable local regulations. The referral service is made available to customers through Wandr’s on-line platform.
