We understand that sometimes our community members may need a little financial help. This service connects you with licensed lenders in your home country.

With your permission, we’ll share your profile with a lender who may be able to offer you a loan.

Is P2H Consumer a lender?

No, P2H Consumer is not a lender.

We care about our customers and act only as a bridge—connecting you with trusted, licensed lenders who make their own lending decisions.

What does P2H Consumer do?

As part of supporting our community, we:

  • Gather your interest and consent
  • Prepare and share your profile with a licensed lender
  • Notify you once your profile is sent

After that, the lender will reach out directly if they wish to proceed. P2H Consumer does not make any lending decisions.

Does P2H Consumer guarantee that I'll get a loan?

No, we don’t guarantee loan approval. The decision rests fully with the lender, based on their own requirements and review.

Can P2H Consumer help if I have problems with my loan application?

Our role is to support and connect our community with safe, licensed lenders.

However, once your profile is referred, any questions or issues must be directed to the lender, as we’re not involved in the loan process itself.

Is my personal information shared with the lender?

Only with your consent. Your profile is shared solely to help lenders assess your interest in a possible loan.

Is P2H Consumer responsible for the lender's decision or loan terms?

No, P2H Consumer is only here to make the connection.

We are not responsible for:

  • Whether the lender approves your application
  • The loan amount, interest rate, or repayment terms
  • Any issues or outcomes with the lender
Can I change my mind after showing interest?

Yes! As part of supporting your choices, you may withdraw your interest any time before your profile is shared with the lender. Just contact us quickly so we can stop the process.

What happens if my application is not approved?

If a lender reviews your profile but decides not to proceed, they will inform you directly.

You are always welcome to try again in the future—our door is always open for our community.
